Love this car service to death! Dispatch is always great to deal with, their drivers are always on time, so very professional and their cars are always pristine inside and out. Prices are decent for all that you get: ease of ordering a car, no stress whether or not the car will actually show up or be on time nor stress about whether or not the driver is going to be weird. Great local business that knows how to take care of their customers no matter if they're a first time passenger or a repeat customer.

Ive used this service a number of times for work related travel and there is one driver in particular who is simply nothing but the best and I always request him. Good conversation, nice car, good hearted, safe driving and a human GPS! @delux 253

My go to for car service. Always shows up early and waits for me in town or at airport. Very patient and friendly drivers. Dispatchers are amazing. They also have a notary service at no cost.

Great service, reliable, you get what you pay for - in a good way, and it’s competitively priced. We needed a car service and booked one of the app cab service (tried both actually) but neither showed up with the right accommodations for car seats even though we paid for these accommodations. Bizarre. Thank goodness for Deluxe!

Last two trips the drivers have been 20 minutes late. Support including Daniel agent #39 lie and say they driver is a few minutes away. Need to do better.

They suck. I book single rides and they carpool me even when it’s not rush hour. I arrive later than usual because they carpool you with a random passenger. Just awful. If you were to use transportation I would recommend using Plandome Taxi. It’s cheaper, better rates, the cars are cleaner, and the drivers are much nicer. Awful experience with Deluxe

Very easy to book a pickup. They are always on time, respectful, reasonably priced and clean cars. They get you where you need to be quickly and quickly.

Booked for airport services. Dispatcher was efficient and clear. Driver was on time/early. Very friendly and got out the car to open the door for me. He got me to the airport earlier than expected. When booking they email you all the fees broken down and I recommend that you read the print as there may be other items that affect the price which they spell out, so there is a lot of transparency. Only downside is that it is a bit pricey as other members of my party took a cab for less money and the same distance if not further. Other than that everything was pleasant.
